Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work from home for Metro Manila candidates, night shift. You will provide excellent customer service by communicating with corporate stores and their store associates.

Responsibilities include checking product availability, participating in projects, and coordinating with Vendor Consultants to research substitutions when products are unavailable or backordered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College or university degree preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to type 50 wpm.

Responsibilities
