Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking an autonomous Accounting Operations & Automation Specialist to optimize GL cleanup, automate workflows, and deliver client reporting for our US-aligned finance operations. This 100% remote role suits night-owl analysts comfortable collaborating across time zones.

You will work with Xero, QuickBooks Online, Make, Zapier, Airtable, and Syft Analytics to remove manual bottlenecks, while maintaining professional vendor and client communications and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong double-entry bookkeeping knowledge.
• Experience designing automated financial workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing calls.

Responsibilities

• General Ledger cleanup and accounting in Xero and QBO; reconcile accounts and correct vendor records.
• Design, build, and maintain multi-step automated workflows using Make/Zapier and Airtable.
• Produce client reporting packs and insights utilizing Syft Analytics and cloud tools.
• Communicate with vendors and clients professionally; document SOPs.
