The role emphasizes SODA reviews, onboarding/offboarding reconciliations, bad debt management, and process improvements. Strong Excel and Google Platform skills, plus excellent English communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in accounts receivable or shared services is preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Payment Processing & Virtual Mailbox management of high-volume postings.
• Ledger management including housing payments and adjustments.
• SODA reviews, refunds, and compliance checks.
• Onboarding/offboarding reconciliations and SOP/process improvements.
