Job summary

TOA Global seeks an autonomous Accounting Operations & Automation Specialist to streamline general ledger processes, automate finance workflows, and deliver client reporting for US-aligned engagements. This 100% remote, full-time role serves as a trusted contact for clients and vendors while integrating Xero, QBO, and cloud tools.

You will build no-code automations with Make and Zapier, pull insights with Syft Analytics, and shape SOPs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and month-end close.
• Hands-on experience building no-code automation workflows with Make or Zapier.
• Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks Online, and cloud reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reconcile general ledger accounts in Xero and QBO.
• Design and maintain multi-step automation workflows using Make, Zapier, and Airtable.
• Generate client reports and insights using Syft Analytics.
• Communicate with vendors and clients; document SOPs.
