Emapta Philippines is seeking a Network Support Technician to troubleshoot incidents, secure infrastructure, and optimize Cisco, Fortinet, and SD-WAN environments for global clients while staying in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Cisco and/or Fortinet certification (CCNA, NSE 4) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor after-hours incidents and manage escalation workflow.
• Configure, test, and maintain network devices and LAN/WAN.
• Maintain network security solutions including firewalls and VPNs.
• Document procedures, networks, and incidents for continuity.
• Support global clients from Philippines with remote collaboration.
