Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Professional Services, or Infrastructure Project Delivery.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, project delivery methodologies, change management, and customer engagement.
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and security features.
• Experience with Cisco routing, switching, and campus network architectures.
• Experience deploying HPE Aruba switching and wireless solutions and Aruba Central.
• Microsoft Azure networking services, VNets, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure enterprise network and security solutions for customer environments.
• Execute network refresh, migration, transformation, and greenfield deployment projects.
• Implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions.
• Perform system testing, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Support customer cutovers and migration activities, including after-hours work when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Professional Services, or Infrastructure Project Delivery, including customer-facing networking projects from design through implementation
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, change management, and customer engagement
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, STP, LACP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, BGP, and OSPF
• Hands-on experience with IPsec and SSL VPNs, advanced network troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, NAT, IPsec VPN, SD-WAN, and High Availability (HA); FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer experience is highly regarded
• Experience configuring and supporting Cisco routing, switching, enterprise networking, campus network architectures, and wireless technologies
• Experience deploying and supporting HPE Aruba switching and wireless solutions, with familiarity in Aruba Central, campus LAN, and WLAN environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure networking services, including VNets, VNet Peering, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, NSGs, and hybrid connectivity solutions
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, network monitoring and management platforms, and identity and security integrations
• Proficiency in network automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or Ansible
• Strong customer-facing communication, consulting, presentation, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain high-quality documentation, and continuously learn new technologies

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Deploy and configure enterprise network and security solutions for customer environments
• Execute network refresh, migration, transformation, and greenfield deployment projects
• Implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall, SD-WAN, and VPN solutions
• Perform system testing, validation, and commissioning activities

Consulting & Customer Engagement

• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical meetings
• Assist in gathering business and technical requirements
• Provide technical recommendations and solution guidance based on customer objectives
• Present technical solutions and implementation approaches to customers and stakeholders
• Contribute to technical design documentation and project deliverables

Technical Design & Documentation

• Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), implementation plans, and as-built documentation
• Develop network diagrams, migration plans, and testing documentation
• Ensure solutions align with security, operational, and customer standards

Troubleshooting & Support

• Perform advanced troubleshooting during project implementation activities
• Identify and resolve configuration, performance, and connectivity issues
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover documentation to operational support teams
