Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking an Inventory Analyst to join its remote operations team in the Philippines. You will reconcile NetSuite inventory with co-manufacturer reports, process adjustments, and ensure accurate data for month-end close.

You will build recurring inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and support cross-location activities, with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and independent work in a fast-moving CPG environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or transactional accounting.
• Experience reconciling internal records against third-party reporting from co-manufacturers or outsourced warehouse partners.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with large data sets and complex formulas.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory balances in NetSuite against third-party reporting from co-manufacturers and ensure data consistency across locations.
• Process and audit assembly builds, items receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Build recurring inventory reports (on-hand, variance, aging) and document variances with clear explanations.
• Support end-of-month inventory close and cross-location reconciliations; maintain SOPs.
