Job summary

RYZE is seeking an Inventory Analyst for remote operations to reconcile inventory in NetSuite, coordinate with co-manufacturers, and ensure data integrity across locations. This role involves hands-on transaction execution and analysis to keep system records aligned with supplier reports.

You will perform NetSuite-driven inventory tasks, build recurring reports, and support month-end close. Strong Excel skills and meticulous attention to detail are required for success in a fast-growing DTC

Qualifications

• Strong written English and clear documentation of findings.
• Demonstrated accuracy with detailed numerical data and double-checking work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Experience reconciling internal records with third-party reports.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory balances in NetSuite against third-party reports across locations.
• Review co-manufacturer production and consumption reports for completeness before posting.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes with partners; document variances.
• Track inbound shipments and escalate delays, variances, and damages.
• Support end-of-month inventory close with reconciliations across locations.
