Job summary

RYZE in the Philippines is seeking a Transaction Analyst (VA for Ops - Manufacturing) to ensure transactional integrity of our supply chain systems (NetSuite), covering purchasing, BOMs, receipts, co-manufacturer production, and inventory accuracy.

You will own PO creation, BOM setup, item receipts, build assemblies, manage co-manufacturer scrap, and monthly reconciliations, coordinating with warehouse and manufacturing teams to keep records aligned with physical counts.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in inventory control, purchasing, or transactional accounting.
• Hands-on ERP/inventory system experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
• Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with co-manufacturers, warehouse, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage a high volume of recurring transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• PO Creation: generate POs from approved requirements and verify details.
• BOM Creation: build BOMs and confirm components and quantities.
• Item Receipts: process receipts, compare quantities, update records.
• Build Assembly: record production/assembly against BOM and adjust inventory.
• Co-Manufacturer Scrap: log and adjust scrap quantities in systems.
• Monthly Inventory Reconciliation: verify system vs physical counts and adjust records.
