Job summary

RYZE is seeking a Virtual Assistant - Transaction Analyst to ensure transactional integrity across our supply chain using NetSuite. You will manage POs, BOMs, receipts, and co-manufacturer transactions, ensuring inventory correctness before production or finance review.

In this remote role based in the Philippines, you will coordinate with operations, warehouse, and manufacturing partners to maintain accurate records and timely processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of virtual experience in inventory control or transactional accounting.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders from approved requirements and verify details.
• Create BOMs and verify components vs BOMs.
• Process item receipts and reconcile quantities.
• Record build assemblies and adjust inventory movements.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and investigate variances.
