Job summary

Ryze, a fast-growing DTC wellness company, seeks a Transaction Analyst (VA for Ops – Manufacturing) to manage day-to-day transactional integrity across its NetSuite system, covering purchasing, BOMs, receipts and inventory. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate with co-manufacturers, and support production planning and finance before issues reach planners.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in inventory control or transactional accounting, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and solid

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of virtual experience in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or transactional accounting.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/inventory system (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across multiple sources.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/pivot tables level).
• Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with co-manufacturers, warehouse, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders based on approved requirements and needs.
• Create BOMs for products requiring multiple components or materials.
• Process Item Receipts for shipments and compare expected vs received quantities.
• Record Build Assembly transactions for production or assembly of finished goods.
• Record scrap quantities and adjust inventory accordingly.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and resolve variances.
• Coordinate with warehouse, co-manufacturers, and internal teams for discrepancies.
