Job summary

Ryze Inc. is seeking a Transaction Analyst (VA for Ops - Manufacturing) to maintain transactional integrity of our supply chain in NetSuite.

You will manage purchase orders, BOMs, receipts, co-manufacturer builds, scrap entries, and monthly reconciliations to keep inventory, production, and finances aligned. Join a fully remote, global team at Ryze that ships nutrient-dense mushroom coffee and supports a growing multi-channel business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of virtual experience in inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, or transactional accounting.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP/inventory system (NetSuite strongly preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• PO Creation: Create POs based on approved requirements and verify all details for accuracy.
• BOM Creation: Build and verify BOMs reflecting product configurations and quantities.
• Item Receipts: Process receipts and reconcile expected vs received quantities.
• Build Assembly: Record assembly transactions and ensure correct component consumption.
• Co-Manufacturer Scrap: Record scrap and adjust inventory as needed.
• Monthly Inventory Reconciliation: Compare system vs physical counts and adjust as required.
