MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to support day‑to‑day bookkeeping across our global entities. The role emphasizes accurate financial records and sound judgment in a multi‑currency environment, not just data entry.

You will handle vendor bills, AR workflows, bank postings, and master data maintenance using NetSuite OneWorld and QuickBooks Online, with opportunities for growth in a remote, offshore setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld is preferred due to multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor bills with proper classification and tax treatment.
• Support accounts receivable workflows including client statements and collections follow-ups.
• Code daily bank and credit card transactions across entities.
• Maintain vendor/customer master data and ensure audit-ready records.
• Run standard financial reports and respond to data requests.
