Rockstar Global Careers is seeking a full-time QuickBooks Online Specialist to maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounts for a growing client in the home medical equipment sector. The role requires proven QuickBooks Online proficiency from day one and meticulous, organized work habits in a remote setting.

Responsibilities include transaction management, chart of accounts coding, AP/AR, journal entries, and generating standard financial reports.

Qualifications

• Proven, day-one proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Experience posting and reconciling debits and credits in a multi-account environment.
• Ability to add and maintain accounts within the QuickBooks Online Chart of Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile debits and credits across accounts daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and document variances.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and intercompany entries.
• Generate standard financial reports and assist month-end/year-end close.
