Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in Manila is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst II to proactively monitor, maintain, and support client IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and security of production environments.

This role acts as an escalation point and handles scheduled maintenance in a fast-paced MSP setting. You will work during after-hours extended shifts, collaborating with Service Delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and technical partners to resolve incidents, document configurations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure administration experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux server administration.
• Experience in MSP environments and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client infrastructure environments and respond to alerts, performance issues, and incidents.
• Perform scheduled maintenance: OS patching, firmware updates, backups, health checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related escalations from teams.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, dependencies, and maintenance.
• Follow change management procedures for infrastructure modifications.
• Record time entries and maintain task documentation for service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
• Expand knowledge and contribute to best practices and documentation.
