Job summary

SCALABLE OS CORP. in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the operational hub of the IT service desk.

You will receive, evaluate, and prioritize incoming IT support and project requests, then assign engineers and schedule work to ensure timely delivery and client updates. The role maintains ConnectWise Manage queues, communicates with clients, engineers, leadership, and vendors, and provides visibility into queue health and escalations.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service experience in a technology or service-desk environment.
• Proficiency with core business software such as email, calendaring, and ticketing/CRM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write clear client-ready updates.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming service and project tickets in ConnectWise Manage based on urgency, impact, and engineer capacity.
• Manage daily engineer schedules, balancing commitments, emergencies, and project time.
• Maintain ticket hygiene and data quality across tickets to ensure clarity and actionability.
• Keep clients informed with timely, professional updates that match ticket priority.
• Monitor open tickets for stalls, due dates, and time-on-ticket thresholds; escalate per protocol.
• Provide Service Manager with operational visibility through accurate queue data and basic reporting.
