TGT Global in Manila is hiring an L3 IT Support Engineer to support MSP partners and their clients during night shifts. You will handle complex network, server, and virtualization tasks, ensuring high availability and security.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in a senior IT role, and willingness to work on-site in Eastwood. A focus on service excellence and continuous learning is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a senior IT role with advanced technical expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work on-site at Eastwood during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Configure routing protocols, perform firmware upgrades, and ensure network reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.
• Deploy, migrate, and maintain systems with regular patch management.
• Manage Windows Servers (2012–2019): AD, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange/M365.
• Administer virtual environments using VMware and Hyper‑V.
• Oversee backup systems and storage solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Recommend system and process improvements to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
