D2B is hiring an AP mortgage broker assistant as a full-time remote role in Metro Manila, Philippines. The pay is PHP 50,000 to PHP 100,000 a month, and the work stays inside loan processing, lender communication, and administrative support from pre-assessment to settlement.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in mortgage processing or financial services, with experience in Australian lenders and mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related experience.
• 1–2 years in mortgage processing, lending, or financial services.
• Experience with Australian lenders and mortgage products.
• Familiarity with Mercury and ApplyOnline.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review income documents and credit reports.
• Order and track valuations and lender requirements.
• Prepare servicing calculators and product comparisons.
• Structure funding positions and check living expenses.
• Move files through pre-assessment to settlement.
• Direct contact with clients, lenders, solicitors, and brokers.
• Chase missing documents; provide status updates with clarity.
• Maintain an accurate file trail throughout the process.
