Qualifications

• Experience submitting home loans to Australian lenders.
• Strong knowledge of lender criteria and serviceability.
• Experience inside an Australian mortgage broker or aggregator.
• Proficiency with broker software (Infynity, Metanoia, Apply Online).

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Lodgement & management of applications, data entry, signing, submission.
• Phase 1: Track progress, respond to MIRs, keep clients informed.
• Phase 1: Liaise with conveyancers and lenders; support client communications.
• Phase 2: Credit support tasks like document review and serviceability checks.
• Phase 2: Help para-broker with faster, higher-volume outcomes.
