Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Migration Case Manager / Senior Paralegal (Australia-focused) for a remote, Philippines-based role. You will own the day-to-day progression of migration matters under supervision, coordinating with Registered Migration Agents and ensuring meticulous file preparation from opening through post-lodgement.

You will handle employer-sponsored, partner, student, visitor, and skilled visa applications, maintain strong client communication, and perform rigorous quality

Qualifications

• Substantial case-management or paralegal experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with high attention to detail.
• Strong document-management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage migration matters end-to-end from opening to lodgement and post-lodgement follow-up.
• Prepare visa applications across categories (employer-sponsored, partner, student, visitor, skilled).
• Support employer-sponsored and nomination matters with consistency across components.
• Prepare partner and family migration evidence includingChronologies and declarations.
• Maintain proactive client communication and provide timely updates.
• Run quality control on every file before submission, ensuring completeness and consistency.
