Hammerjack Pty. Ltd. Philippine Branch Office seeks an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to manage a portfolio of Australian client work, prepare complex tax returns, and guide team members.

You will deliver accurate tax and business services support, with a focus on compliance and advisory services for multiple client types. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting with CA or CPA completed
• 6+ years' experience within an Australian public practice firm with references
• Advanced understanding of Australian accounting standards, tax legislation, and the Corporations Act
• Strong knowledge of Tax Acts, GST, BAS, IAS, FBT, Division 7A, and Section 100A
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills for managing client relationships
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Experience with XPM, Xero, and MYOB is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide technical tax support to team members
• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
• Research and resolve complex tax matters and provide tax advisory input
• Liaise with authorities (ATO, OSR, ASIC) as needed
• Review workpapers and set up accounts per internal standards
• Prepare client reports including budgets and cash flow analysis
• Maintain high quality standards and accurate, compliant deliverables
• Support managers and partners and contribute to team development
