Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in case management or senior paralegal work.
• Experience with Australian lawyers or matters is an advantage.
• International client exposure and cross-border experience are required.
• Strong client relationships and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cases from engagement to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
• Serve as the key client contact, managing expectations and providing proactive updates.
• Collaborate with sourcing to identify and coordinate expert witnesses and ensure quality reports.
