Job summary

Gogozing Philippines OPC is seeking an Australian Migration Case Coordinator to join our Administration & Office Support team. This full-time role is remote and open to workers in Metro Manila or Pampanga, with training and workshops conducted in these areas.

You will manage client migration cases, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliance with Australian migration regulations, delivering excellent service to clients navigating the migration process.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in migration or legal.
• Proactive and able to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to work evenings (PST) and remote collaboration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Australian migration case files from enquiry to final outcomes.
• Prepare and organise documentation for migration applications, ensuring accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies and stakeholders to verify information.
• Track application timelines and maintain records of progress and communications.
• Review applications for compliance with migration law and policy requirements.
