Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking a Migration & Capacity Management Lead to steer end-to-end migration programs and capacity planning from onshore markets into the Philippines CoE. You will manage knowledge transfer, governance, and risk, coordinating with global stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and service continuity.

The role requires 5+ years in related environments, strong project delivery, and collaboration across recruitment, operations, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in transition, migration, outsourcing, offshoring, or related environments.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end migration or transition programs.
• Experience managing knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
• Experience working with global or regional stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Strong background in project delivery, workforce planning, or operational transformation.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder escalations.
• Experience supporting offshore, shared services, or Centre of Excellence environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all migration initiatives moving work from onshore markets into the Philippines CoE.
• Coordinate migration plans, transition timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Assess migration demand and develop capacity plans to support future growth.
• Partner with recruitment, operations, and business leaders to ensure resources are available to support migration requirements.
• Facilitate effective knowledge transfer activities between onshore and offshore teams.
• Maintain migration risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and drive timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate governance meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration processes and drive standardisation.
