Crawford & Company in Iloilo City, Philippines, seeks a Transition Manager to lead the migration of process- and knowledge-based work into the Global Business Services Center (GBSC). You will govern end-to-end transitions, ensure value-driven outcomes, and align stakeholders across onshore and GBSC teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate preferred in business or operations.
• 10+ years in professional roles, primarily in BPO/GBS.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end transitions or migrations.
• Experience with PMO governance, stage-gate reviews, and sign-offs.
• PMP cert (or pursuing) and Lean Six Sigma cert preferred.
• Willing to travel to Crawford locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transitions as the accountable owner for strategy, scope, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with GM and Business Development for assessments and feasibility.
• Chair Steering Committees and manage tollgate readiness.
• Maintain the integrated project plan, RAID log, and dashboards.
• Lead knowledge transfer and readiness activities for transitions.
• Validate business case, cost-to-serve, and benefits realization.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement across teams.
• Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance readiness.
• Develop migration capability and promote best practices.
