Job summary

Maersk in the Philippines seeks a Work Placement & Transition Specialist to manage the placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, lead migrations, define scope and FTE requirements, and support large transition projects in a dynamic, global logistics environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent English communication, and willingness to work graveyard

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Transition Management or Migrations experience.
• Experience supporting large transition projects (150+ FTEs).
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in a global environment with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support new work transitions and 1:1 transfers across the geographical scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with work placement standards.
• Lead migration of work based on the service catalogue and record exceptions.
• Define work scope and assess task placement.
• Evaluate FTE requirements and align with standard guidelines.
• Ensure effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Lead planning and reporting activities related to work placement and migration initiatives.
