Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Mobilization Senior Manager to lead the design, management, and execution of Service Transition programs ensuring smooth outsourcing and delivery solutions. You will collaborate closely with Client and Service Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup based in Taguig.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive PMO experience, and a track record in complex transition programs.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years industry experience
• At least 8 years leadership experience
• At least 8 years PMO experience
• Open to any industry
• Nice to have: Transition experience and exposure to Financial Services, Insurance, HR, AI services

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of response materials with Workstream Leads and Solution Architects for Deal Shape teams.
• Provide accurate cost estimations and develop comprehensive work plans for workstreams.
• Oversee mobilization architecture, resource transitions and onboarding.
• Participate in due diligence and service transition activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to assess concepts and options with data-driven insights.
• Lead transition program Workstream leadership to ensure delivery.
• Define, build, and implement components of service transition programs leveraging standard solutions.
• Ensure adherence to mobilization methods, tools and best practices across all phases.
• Define and assess costs and benefits of specific solutions and workstreams for financial planning and risk management.
• Manage and strengthen internal and external client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead detailed design of at least one workstream component within the solution blueprint.
• Provide peer reviews to service transition activities to ensure quality.
