You will guide onboarding, training, adoption, and launch, acting as a trusted advisor and partnering with customer success, sales, product, and support to ensure a smooth implementation across multiple properties.

With 4+ years in hospitality operations and 2+ years in SaaS onboarding, you will design workflows and drive value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in leadership roles.
• 2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to build trust and guide customers through complex onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Onboard mid-market customers, guiding setup, training, adoption and success.
• Collaborate with Onboarding Project Management and cross-functional teams.
• Advise customers on operational workflows, change management, and platform adoption.
• Drive customer ROI and long-term value through thoughtful coaching.
• Maintain proactive communication via video, phone, and email.
• Capture feedback and contribute to knowledge base and best practices.
