Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Hypercare Onboarding Coach to support hotels and properties during live deployments. You will guide clients through post-launch activities, resolve live-environment challenges, and collaborate with product teams to improve adoption.

You will thrive on high-touch interactions, leveraging AI tools and deep hospitality know-how to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for global customers.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of 5-star hospitality experience in key roles or 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success/technical support within hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage high-touch onboarding and customer launches.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own post-go-live safety net with intensive interaction cadences to ensure system health and user confidence.
• Standardize repeatable tasks while personalizing guidance and leveraging AI tools.
• Handle high-priority queues and urgent calls across multiple time zones.
• Investigate technical issues, collaborate with product teams, and deliver clear root-cause analyses.
• Bridge onboarding to long-term product adoption and hand off to relationship managers.
