Job summary

Cloudbeds seeks a Hypercare Onboarding Coach to support customers as they go live on our platform. You will work in a fully remote, global team, guiding hoteliers through live transitions and rapid issue resolution with empathy and strategic guidance.

You will leverage AI tools, analyze live data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth activation and early product adoption across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality experience in frontline or leadership roles or 3+ years in a high-touch B2B SaaS customer success/implementation role within hospitality

Responsibilities

• Own post-go-live safety net and monitor system health with intensive interaction cadences.
• Manage high-priority ticket queues and urgent calls across time zones.
• Analyze live data flows, troubleshoot integrations, and reduce live-environment friction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to share customer insights.
• Transition clients from technical setup to long-term product adoption.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and translate feedback into product insights.
