Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Mid Market Onboarding Coach to empower mid-market properties through AI-enabled onboarding, training, and adoption. You will design processes that reduce friction and align technology with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner throughout implementation and launch.

You will guide customers through setup, learning, adoption, and optimization of the Cloudbeds platform, balancing hospitality know-how with technical proficiency to deliver rapid value

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hospitality operations experience, preferably in leadership roles
• 2+ years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer-facing software experience
• Experience with hotel operations such as front office, reservations, revenue management, guest services
• Strong consultative, problem-solving and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey for mid-market customers from setup to adoption
• Deliver consultative training and coaching to maximize platform value
• Build trusted relationships with property leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive product adoption
• Manage and guide onboarding plans, milestones and dependencies
• Capture customer feedback and translate it into actionable improvements
