Qualifications

• Over 3 years of hospitality experience in frontline roles or operations.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building skills.
• Ability to learn new AI tools and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Experience in high-touch customer success or technical support in SaaS.
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones and manage urgent tickets.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-Go-Live safety net with intensive follow-up cadences.
• Standardize repeatable processes while personalizing meaningful guidance.
• Manage high-priority ticket queues and urgent hotlines across time zones.
• Investigate root causes with product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Bridge the transition from intense configuration to long-term product use.
• Maintain precise CRM records and extract actionable customer insights.
