Job summary

SRR Group is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist to lead end-to-end Meta campaigns for U.S. home service clients. You will design strategies, manage budgets, optimize for CPL and lead quality, and work closely with CRM teams to convert leads into customers.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Meta Ads for U.S. home services, agency experience, and strong data-driven optimization skills. This is a remote role with PST-friendly hours and a focus on scalable, performance-led campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Must demonstrate actual Meta advertising work from U.S. home service campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Develop campaign strategies covering targeting, campaign structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns for home service companies such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and other residential/home-based services.
• Analyze key performance metrics including CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.
• Optimize campaigns based on lead volume and lead quality, tied to downstream sales performance.
• Work with CRM and sales teams to identify winning campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams on high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, copy, and calls to action.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), events, tracking, and attribution.
• Identify campaign inefficiencies, troubleshoot tracking issues, and develop data-backed growth strategies.
• Prepare actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with Meta Ads platform updates and new paid-social strategies.
