Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Experience generating leads for U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns for U.S.-based home services.
• Develop strategies covering targeting, budgets, bidding, creative, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and other home services.
• Analyze CPL, lead quality, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.
• Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with CRM and sales to identify campaigns producing qualified customers.
• Prepare performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with Meta platform updates and new paid-social strategies.
