Job summary

24hours Group is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist to drive lead generation for U.S.-based home service businesses. You will own end-to-end Meta campaigns, from planning and execution to optimization, across multiple client accounts in an agency-like environment.

Demand is for hands-on experience with U.S. home service campaigns, advanced Meta tools, CRM integrations, and strong analytical skills. This is a full-time remote role requiring PST-hour alignment and reliable tech setup.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Mandatory direct experience with U.S. home service sectors (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts in an agency or performance-marketing setting.
• Ability to demonstrate real Meta ad work for U.S. home service campaigns.
• Provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives from U.S. home service campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta tools (Pixel, CAPI, Business Manager, Advantage+) and post-iOS 14 measurement.
• CRM integration experience with platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns for U.S.-based home services.
• Develop targeting, structure, budgets, bidding, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
• Analyze CPL, lead quality, CAC, ROAS, and other KPIs; optimize accordingly.
• Coordinate with CRM and sales to identify winning campaigns and audiences.
• Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Brief creative teams on hooks, angles, offers, and CTAs for high performance.
• Manage and scale budgets while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, and attribution.
• Prepare performance reports for clients or internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes and new paid-social strategies.
