SourceU is seeking a skilled Meta lead generation specialist to own campaigns across multiple client accounts, focusing on CPL targets and proactive optimization. The role requires hands-on ad creation, test-driven iteration, and strong client-facing communications.

You will work remotely, with overlap to Australian business hours, starting part-time with prospects to move to full-time as accounts grow. A performance bonus is available based on results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running Meta lead generation campaigns (not boosted posts) with CPL targets.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously across industries.
• Ability to produce own ad creative without a designer (Canva, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Reliable internet and overlap with Australian business hours.
• Proactive issue flagging when spend is off or leads drop.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimise Meta lead gen campaigns for 5-8 accounts across trades and home services.
• Run structured creative tests - hooks, angles, formats - and discard losers quickly.
• Manage lead forms, Conversions API setup, and lead quality feedback loops with clients.
• Report on CPL, lead-to-quote rate, and spend efficiency.
• Produce ad creative: statics, short-form video, UGC-style concepts.
• Join weekly client check-ins on Teams/Zoom and apply decisions the same day.
• Post a short end-of-day summary: what changed, what works, what needs a decision.
