Job summary

24hours Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist to generate leads for U.S.-based home service clients. You will own campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on CPL targets and lead quality. The role requires hands-on Meta Ads management for U.S.

home services (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.), performance marketing agency experience preferred, and strong data-driven optimization. You will work remotely on Pacific Time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Direct experience running Meta campaigns for HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Home Improvement & other services.
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts in an agency setting is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home services.
• Analyze CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Brief and collaborate with creative teams on hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, copy, and CTAs.
• Manage significant advertising budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, tracking, and attribution.
