Job summary

24 Hours Group is seeking an experienced Meta PPC Specialist to lead end-to-end Meta campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses. You will craft targeting, structure budgets, and optimize for qualified leads while maintaining target CPL. Experience in an agency setting and with multiple client accounts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Mandatory direct experience with U.S. home services campaigns.
• 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience.
• Proven experience generating leads for U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience managing multiple Meta Ads accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Ability to demonstrate Meta ad creatives from U.S. home service campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, and Advantage+.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
• Develop targeting, structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc., focusing on CPL and lead quality.
• Analyze metrics like CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and attribution; scale high-performing campaigns.
• Coordinate with CRM/sales to identify winning campaigns and audiences.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with creative teams on hooks, angles, offers, and CTAs.
• Monitor tracking and attribution, troubleshoot issues, and report performance.
