You will own campaigns end-to-end, optimize for lead quality, and work with CRM teams to identify winning strategies. This is a full-time remote role aligned with PST business hours.

Applicants must have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for U.S. home service companies and a strong track record in lead generation and metrics analysis. Meta Blueprint certification is required.
