Job summary

Specialist HQ is seeking a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for our clients in a remote role. You will blend performance marketing with testing and strategic input to drive measurable results and support broader marketing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Meta Ads experience, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to work in US Mountain Time. This full-time position offers paid holidays and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Meta Ads experience.
• Strong understanding of ad creation, testing, and optimization.
• Experience with account and campaign management.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of email advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with news cycles and native ads is a plus.
• Independent decision-making and strong problem-solving ability.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and calendars.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Must include the phrase Meta Ads Pro in resume/cover letter.
• Comfortable speaking on video calls.
• Willing to work US Mountain Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or 4+ hours overlap).
• Available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Reliable internet connection and video call setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to meet client goals.
• Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and adjust campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver weekly campaign performance reports.
• Develop and test new ad concepts on a monthly basis.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and optimization efforts.
• Help build internal Meta Ads documentation and newsletters advertising operations.
