Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient inquiries and intake.
• Manage medical records requests in Practice Fusion.
• Coordinate with outsourced billing for documentation.
• Maintain accurate EHR records.
• Timely follow-up on outstanding requests.
