Job summary

Winning Assistants LLC. is seeking a Healthcare Appointment Setter — Regenerative Medicine for a remote, part-time role in the Philippines. 20 hours per week with a schedule aligned to Eastern Time.

You will handle patient outreach, pre-qualification, appointment confirmations, and medical records coordination, using GoHighLevel to support high-volume outbound calls. Ideal candidates have medical/healthcare experience, strong phone communication, and proven customer service or sales skills.

Qualifications

• GoHighLevel experience required.
• Medical/healthcare experience required.
• 4–5 years customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Outbound calling experience required.
• Patient relationship/lead qualification experience required.
• Strong documentation skills and charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-qualification and same-day outreach for incoming patient leads.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; reduce no-shows with confirmations.
• Coordinate medical records information before appointments and document interactions.
• Follow up post-treatment to assess progress and support retention and referrals.
