Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a medical office, healthcare call center, or patient services.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a calm, professional phone manner.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Experience using EHR or practice management systems.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.
• Based in the Philippines, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Answer and place patient calls for scheduling, reminders, and inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and support pre-authorization requests.
• Process patient intake forms and update records in the EHR.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and communications with providers.
• Route clinical or billing questions to the right staff.
• Handle all patient information in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
