Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound patient calls and appointment confirmations.
• Process laboratory results in Athena EMR and escalate as needed.
• Maintain patient records, insurance data, and prior authorizations within Athena.
• Coordinate external communications with specialists and other clinics.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI and independent work.
