Qualifications

• At least 1 year supporting a U.S.-based medical practice.
• Experience as medical receptionist/front-desk and Medical Assistant administrative tasks.
• Hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience required.
• Strong patient scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Familiar with prior authorizations, insurance verification, lab/diagnostic workflows.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with onsite team communication.
• Saturday availability may be required occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound patient calls and scheduling requests.
• Coordinate new patient visits, follow-ups, and procedures in eCW.
• Provide front-desk support and patient communication across channels.
• Assist with chart prep, documentation, and provider support; handle referrals and results.
• Document workflows and help develop SOPs as practice grows.
