Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, and patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant / Front Desk in healthcare.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Patient service mindset with empathy and sound judgment.
• Must use a Mac OS device (MacBook/Imac).
• Require reliable high-speed internet (LAN).
• Flexibility with schedule and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes accurately.
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments in MacPractice.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling notes accurately.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedule full.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, and insurance concerns with empathy.
• Support missed-call follow-ups and Weave workflow improvements.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
