Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence, with a focus on timely delivery, quality standards, and scalable media processes across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in media design, digital learning development, or similar disciplines.
• 2–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing media development projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong expertise in digital learning technologies, video production, animation, UI/UX design, and eLearning tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and emerging learning technologies.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of media designers, developers, video specialists, and creative professionals.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences, including interactive media, video, animation, simulations, UI/UX assets, and AI-enabled learning solutions.
• Partner with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to create engaging learning solutions.
• Ensure all media deliverables meet quality, accessibility, branding, and client standards.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities across multiple projects.
• Establish and improve media development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide media expertise and innovative technology solutions to support business objectives.
