Responsibilities

• Build learning assets from approved ID Guide specs on time and to spec
• Write concise content pages, question sets, and scenario scripts with clarity
• Design Agent Trainer scenarios with observable rubric criteria (1–5)
• Create EasyGenerator courses with varied blocks and types
• Produce Prism interactive experiences aligned to TELUS brand
• Generate NotebookLM assets tailored to audience and moment
• Create short Google Vids explainers within platform constraints
• Flag compliance or policy content for SME VERIFY before publishing
