Job summary

TTEC seeks a Media Design Manager for a remote role based in Manila, Philippines. Lead a team of media designers and developers to create engaging digital learning experiences, including interactive media and AI-enabled solutions, aligned with client objectives and brand standards.

You will partner with Learning Experience Designers, Instructional Designers, and Project Managers to deliver on-time, within-scope projects while coaching the team to continuously improve processes and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
5–8 years of experience in media design or digital learning development.
2–3 years of people leadership experience.
Experience managing media development projects from concept to implementation.
Strong expertise in digital learning technologies, video production, UI/UX design, and eLearning tools.
Familiarity with AI-enabled creative tools and emerging learning technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of media designers, developers, and creative professionals.
Drive delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences (interactive media, video, animation, UI/UX assets, AI-enabled solutions).
Partner with LXD, Instructional Designers, PMs, and stakeholders to create engaging learning solutions.
Ensure media deliverables meet quality, accessibility, branding, and client standards.
Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and project priorities across multiple projects.
Establish and improve media development processes, standards, and best practices.
Provide media expertise and innovative technology solutions to support business objectives.
