Job summary

TELUS Digital Philippines is seeking a Training Design Manager to coordinate the redesign and delivery of new hire and cross-skill training programs across multiple lines of business. The role combines instructional design, project management, and AI tool integration to create scalable, learner-centered solutions that drive business outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end program redesign, define curriculum architecture, select AI tools, and ensure alignment with KPIs while collaborating with SMEs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training design or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-business training programs.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of new hire and cross-skill training programs across multiple lines of business.
• Define curriculum architecture and alignment with business KPIs.
• Define instructional strategy and AI tool selection for each program.
• Coordinate a team of POCs and align on methodology and quality standards.
• Oversee live delivery of redesigned programs and support facilitators in AI tool usage.
• Collect feedback, analyze results, and update materials and rubrics across versions.
